All dresses that are ready made will shipped within 24-72 hours. If you are in need of a rush delivery please feel free to email us to see if you we are able to accommodate you. Pick option in Wilmington DE is available.

Customized Production

Once your order is placed, please allow 7-10 days for processing and 3-5 days for delievery. Typically we aim to process orders within 3 days. Please note that during peak seasons, special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
We provide tracking information, allowing you to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your email with the trackng number once your order is shipped.
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be responsible for delays or non delievery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Return & Exchange Policy
It is our goal to ensure the satisfication of our customers. There is absolutely no returns on customized products.
Eligibility for return: Items must have manufacting defect and be in the condition with all original packaging intact. Returns must be intiated within 5 days from date of delivery. To initate return contact customer support within the 5 days of delievery for further instruction. If refund is approved, we will provide shipping label. Item is only eligible for same product exchange. We value your satisficaation and strive to make the return process as easy and seamless as possible.
